Music

Children in KS1 are taught to use their voices expressively by singing, chanting and learning rhymes. They have the opportunity to play with instruments musically and listen with concentration to a range of music.

Children in KS2 are taught to sing and play music with increasing confidence and control. They develop an understanding of composition by organising their ideas within musical structures.
